The soundtrack’s this song called Just a Song about Ping Pong by the Aussie band, Operator Please. Never heard of it? Neither had I. Apparently, they recorded this song when they were still in school, then for some years, nothing. Recently, they’ve gotten back together and are recording more stuff.
Anyway, what I like about this song is just how irritatingly catchy it is. When it’s playing, there’s nothing I want to do more than bash the singer’s face in. And, when it is not, I just want to listen to it again, and again, and again. This song had me trippying the whole day today. Specially the video, which is just too wacky-cool for words!

The look on the lead singer’s face is just so hilarious! “Shit! It’s a song about ping pong! What do I do now? I am DOOMED!!” sorta worried look–as though she’s gonna start crying any second.
